It is a portable screen that you can draw on like the DS. This has many possibilities such as internet use and games, ie; Pictionary for Wii, Drawn to life with actual drawing. It would need to be thin, light and portable and the stylus really needs to be the size of an actual pen. Any age can use it, the different applications could range from learning to draw for kids, to good family and friend games.
