Okay, this isn't really an accessory, well, not for people, but for the Miis. It comes with the game 'Mii World' (idea coming soon)... Its a disc that you put in your Wii and after a few mins the content is uploaded to the wii.
There are four catorgories of extras:
Accessories - different things to put around the wii, like a little bar with shortcuts yo different parts of the wii (a bit like the bar of buttons you get on microsoft word. There are also items that can be dotted around teh place, both in the Mii Plaza for the Miis or..anywhere, in any menu just for your enjoyment when waiting for a connection or something.
Mii Outfits - Hundreds of new customisation ideas for your mii. Clothes, toys, accessories. ranging from business suits to swimming costumes, from rubber ducks to Medal of Honor Army costumes with cool (non violent) gun.
Desktops / Backgrounds - change the colour of your desktop from white to (e.g.) blue. Even change the layout - from boxes to a list, or a side-scroll thing a bit like the PS3 etc.
